The founders and admins of the [AwK] Clan would like to welcome you. In order to minimize misunderstandings and keep this site and our servers fun for everyone we would like to spell out plainly what we expect from you as a player or poster.


1. We have several children who read the forums and play on the servers. Please keep that in mind and use no profanity on the servers or in the forums. "We do have an Adult's only section of the forums and you can be added to it by asking one of our admins."

2. In keeping with rule #1 please do not register on the site, or play on the servers with an offensive alias. Given the broad cross section of society gamers represent, diversity is a given. If you can't enjoy the game without bringing your own prejudices to the table, you should look at playing on other servers.

3. Though our admins and moderators are quite vigilant, we simply are not able to monitor the servers and site 24/7. Bad apples will show up from time to time and be rude or disruptive. We ask that rather than give them the satisfaction of a good confrontation, that you simply write down the time and the user name of the person then p.m. the information to an admin.

4. Personal attacks on another player during a match, or in the public forums are grounds for being banned. If you have issues with another player, be a grown-up and handle it off the servers and forum. Private message them, email them, but don't bring it to our servers and forums. Please understand that a banning by ip address where there are multiple users means that others may be affected by your actions.

5. Respect your opponents. Sportsmanship means a lot to us as a group. It's a game, it's not a measure of your self worth. Win or lose, we expect everyone to handle it in a dignified manner.

6. Changing player names is fine, but we ask that you don't be deceptive about it. If we know you as one name, and you decide to change it, let us know who you were.

7. Please do not use our tag without being asked to do so. We have worked hard to garner a good reputation for our clan and being misrepresented by players not in the clan can cause problems. If you are caught doing this you will be asked to drop the tag. If you continue to use it without being asked to your i.p. will be banned from the forums and your cd key # will be used to ban you from the servers and forwarded to the admins of all the clans we are friendly with.

8. Cheating on the servers will be punished by banning on the first offense. It takes the fun out of the game and displays a type of character we find repugnant. If winning means so much to you that you will use something besides your own abilities, you will never fit in with us anyway.

9. It is a game. It is meant to be fun, and we try very hard to make it so. If you are not having fun playing, don't try to change what we have to make it fun for you. Suggestions are fine and we have had some good ones, but keep in mind it is our house. There are a lot of servers out there and chances are quite good someone else is already doing what you would like if we are not.

10. We do not hold try-outs. If you are sincerely interested in becoming a member of the [AwK] Clan the best way in is to play with us on the servers, and join and post on our forum. If it is decided that you would be a good addition to the Clan you will be asked to wear the tag. If you would rather not wear it, that is fine, please take it as a compliment that you were asked. Showing interest in getting tagged is fine, badgering us about it is not.

11. Other clan's members are welcome to play and post on our servers however using our servers and forums to recruit for their clans is inappropriate.
